How To Consign

1. Gather Your Items

Bring in clothing, accessories, and decor that are current, in great, condition, and ready for a second life. We will accept a maximum of 30 items per drop off.

2. Bring Them to the Shop

Items should be clean, wrinkle-free, and lightly folded in a reusable market tote or plastic bin. Please do not bring items on hangers.

Consignment drop offs welcome — no appointments needed:
Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm
Saturday 10am - 12pm noon only

3. We Curate the Shop

We select the pieces that fit the style of Uptown Charm, then price and display them beautifully in the store.

4. Your Items Sell, You Get Paid

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We work with two seasonal intakes.

    • Spring / Summer intake begins February 1.

    • Fall / Winter intake begins July 15.

    The early consignor gets the sale—items brought in at the start of the season tend to sell the quickest.

  • Please bring your items clean, wrinkle-free, and lightly folded in a reusable market tote or plastic bin.

    Please do not use hangers.

  • We focus on current styles that are in season. Think spring tops, linen pieces, and fall knits. Trendy brands and classic styles both do well!

  • We focus on the two seasonal intakes, but seasonal intake may pause temporarily if we reach capacity. If that happens, we’ll let you know on our socials.

  • Once your items sell, your account begins to build. Call us any time for your balance.

  • Parking is located directly on Bay Street or in the Bay Street lot adjacent to the building.

  • At your first drop off, you will review and sign our Consignor Agreement outlining how consignment works at Uptown. We will enter your information into our system and place your items on the sales floor that day. A copy of the agreement is available at the desk, and you are welcome to take a photo for reference.
